Everyday Stoicism.

Reading Stoic literature, it becomes easy to imagine that we should reserve Stoicism for those eventful moments in life – the loss of a loved one, a business failure, or any other type of accident or incident.

Stoicism is just as great with the small annoyances of everyday life. For instance, if you turn up to a business meeting and your counterpart doesn’t show up, it can be annoying, but it can also be a great opportunity to remind yourself to keep a cool head.

Life is what happens each and every day.
