One More Hour per Day.

Everyone, except the man in jail, would like an extra hour per day.

Imagine that! Being able to freeze time for an hour every day to simply think about life, do some chores, take a walk, plan your future, or read your favourite book.

It sounds like magic, and yet we don’t need a 25th hour to make this a reality. We all waste far more time than we care to admit, and making time is about priorities.

I once heard that one should tell people “it is not a priority” rather than “I don’t have time.” This is uncomfortable but far closer to the truth. We can always make time for the important things.

So try this, block your calendar, and give yourself one completely uninterrupted hour each day. Turn off your phone, get away from technology, and do whatever you want, it is your time.
