On Marginal Improvements.

Everything that I value in my life didn’t come quickly. It was built up over time in incremental improvements. I have rarely had “ahah” moments, but it is a rather slow, sometimes frustratingly slow, march towards becoming a better person.

Often I fail, I take two steps back, and I am worse than I was yesterday. But, on the whole, I try to make some small amount of progress each day, and I trust that things will work out in the long term.

That is all that anyone can do.
