The First Thing to Control.
If you want to improve, it can be difficult to know where to start. I was thinking this the other day:
Everyone is starting from a position of weakness.
After all, we’ve all done things we should not have, and we know we haven’t followed the right way to live.
- Perhaps you’ve let yourself get overweight.
- Perhaps you find it difficult to control your emotions and your life is worse for it.
- Perhaps you simply cannot cope with the pace of modern life.
However, we can all begin from the same starting block:
Breathing.
Taking the time each day to take ten, twenty, fifty, controlled slow breaths will do incredible things to your life.
Just try it.
