Three Components for GTM Strategy.

GTM Strategy, otherwise know as Go-To-Market Strategy, is of critical importance for any organization.

If you don’t have a strategy for how you will go to the market, any success you have will be incidental.

The three key components are:

  1. What is your value proposition?
  2. Who is your audience?
  3. How do you get to that audience?

If you can develop clear answers to these three questions, you are well on your way to having an effective GTM strategy.

Remember, the more specific, the better.

It should not be “companies with $100m in revenue”.

It should be “CFOs of medical supply companies in New York State, with at least 500 employees and $100m in revenue, that are not yet public”.
